What tea grades and origins do you offer, and are they organic or conventional?
Zen’s Tea House provides a wide range of loose leaf teas, including Organic Japanese matcha, single-origin Ceylon Black and Chinese Green teas, African Rooibos, South American Hibiscus, and functional herbal blends. Many are USDA Organic or Wild Crafted, or naturally grown without chemicals.
Yes — we provide samples upon request so you can evaluate taste and quality before placing a full order.
We source directly from growers and package in small batches to maintain peak freshness, with frequent restocking of core teas.
Absolutely. All blends are fully labeled with ingredients and recommended brewing instructions to support product education and transparency.

Pricing & Minimums

What is the wholesale pricing structure (per pound/kilo, per case, per SKU)?
We offer competitive wholesale pricing, generally sold by the pound or case.
Yes — price breaks start at 25 lbs+ for core teas and increase with larger commitments.
Opening wholesale orders start at $150; there’s no strict minimum for reorders, though higher volumes qualify for deeper discounts.
No setup or membership fees. Drop shipping is available upon request.

Logistics & Delivery

What are the lead times for order fulfillment?
Most wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days; larger custom or private label runs may take 7–14 days.
We ship nationwide with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Free shipping on wholesale orders over $500 (U.S.). Local pickup is available in Whittier, CA.
If you are a registered wholesaler then we keep stock for you, even if inventory is not available online. We communicate backorders immediately and provide restock timelines or recommended substitutions.

Terms & Relationship

What are the payment terms ?
Prepay via major credit cards or PayPal; NET 30 terms available for approved, recurring wholesale partners.
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments within 7 days of receipt. Unopened teas in original condition may be exchanged or credited with prior approval.
