Zen’s Tea House was founded in 2012 with the mission to help people through the power of tea. We believe in quality over quantity—not just as a marketing slogan, but as an inherent philosophy. We serve our community by offering healthy organic products, free holistic health education, and job opportunities. Zen’s is committed to providing high-quality, organic tea and holistic health resources to improve the lives of the community. Zen’s partners with Naturopathic Doctors, Homeopathic Doctors, and Licensed Medical Physicians who specialize in preventative and natural health. Together, we work to inform and empower people about healthier options for wellness.
Zen’s History
Zen’s Tea House was founded by Fernando Lopez, a Whittier native and U.S. Navy veteran. After serving five years in the Navy, Fernando returned to his hometown with a passion for healthy living and natural remedies. With only his unemployment check, he started Zen’s by selling to friends and family.
