What is Zen’s shipping policy?

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your tea. If you are not happy, you are able to exchange your tea (within 30 days) at any of our locations for any product of equal or lesser value. Maybe you are not satisfied with your teas and don’t live locally? We can send you online store credit in the amount that was paid. Our goal is to help you get the teas/herbs you are looking for.

I want a refund, what do I do?

Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements via check.

30 day return policy, how does it work?

We have Farmers Markets in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County & San Bernardino County. All farmer’s markets offer the same 30-day return policy. Or, you can mail your return at a flat rate of $9.99.

What about my Promo Code?

Zen’s Tea House reserves the right to cancel and or adjust any orders due to unauthorized use of Zen’s promo codes. Promo codes are not valid on previous purchases, purchases of gift cards, taxes, or shipping & handling charges.
