Zen’s Sales Reps start off at $20 an hour plus Commissions. Applicants are required to have a Valid Drivers License & a reliable vehicle that can be used to attend farmers markets, health fairs and festivals throughout Southern California (click HERE to view locations.) This position offers independence and growth opportunities within the company. Qualities of a Zen’s Sales Rep are listed below:

No experience is required. Monthly training is offered and 1 on 1 sales coaching is available.

Cafe Barista start off at $17 an hour plus tips. The hours are flexible and tea drinking is required. Baristas brew and serve tea and must pay attention to details and follow step by step directions. Baristas are responsible for taking customer orders and payments. When there are few customers there are teas to package. Cleaning is very important. All Baristas are required to sanitize their work areas, seating areas, equipment & tea packing utensils. Qualities of a Zen’s Barista are listed below:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Likes cleaning
• Enjoys drinking Teas
• Very Particular (almost OCD) about how teas are prepared
• Want to learn about teas

No experience is required but all applicants must be able to pass a CA food handlers test.
