No, you will only be charged the one time at checkout. If you would like to subscribe to our monthly tea club and receive new teas each month, you can subscribe through the Tea Club Subscription page and cancel at any time.
All products advertised organic are 100% organic and vegan, harvested from our plantations.
Are Zen’s teas caffeine-free? You can easily find caffeine information for each tea on their respective pages. Look out for a logo that states either “Caffeine-Free” or “Contains Caffeine”.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take time. Depending on when the online order is made and the number of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping. We aim to ship out our online orders immediately, but please allow approximately 3-5 business days.
Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements via check. You are able to exchange your tea at any of our locations for any tea of equal or lesser value, no questions asked.
