212 F
Steep Time: 7-15 mins.

1. Hot on ice:

Bring 1-2 tsp of the Hawaiian Fruit tea to a simmer. The water should turn a red. Use 1 tablespoon of the Hawaiian Fruit tea in a 4 quart pot. Pour boiling water onto the Hawaiian Fruit. Let the Hawaiian Fruit sit in the pot for 25 minutes (longer it sits in hot water the stronger it becomes). Let the hot water cool down to room temperature; this typically takes between 25-35 minutes. Use a filter and pour out the Hawaiian Fruit tea.
