We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your tea. If you are not happy, you are able to exchange your tea (within 30 days) at any of our locations for any product of equal or lesser value. Maybe you are not satisfied with your teas and don’t live locally? We can send you online store credit in the amount that was paid. Our goal is to help you get the teas/herbs you are looking for.
I want a refund, what do I do?
Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements via check. Reimbursement check will be for the amount of the tea purchased (taxes included). There is a processing fee of 2.9% + $1.50 that is deducted. This is not for the cost of the tea or the physical check but the cost taken from our merchant processor. More information in the video.
