I’ve used Kava for a few years now and I’ve shared it with my family. Since Kava works like a natural sedative my mom has found it both useful for sleep as well as aches and pains. She doesn’t like the strong prescription drugs she’s been given after surgeries so this for her is a nice middle ground for reliable relief when necessary.
