It’s ok. A bit chalky and hard to dissolve in milk. Maybe I’ll try it in hot milk.

Love golden milk. I use in my coffee each morning. Keeps my legs an feet from swelling. When I was out if gokden milk, I couldn’t walk well. Legs an feet did not feel good.

I have been drinking Golden Milk for a little over two years, and the health benefits behind it have helped me tremendously. The flavor is delicious, and it's one tea that will always be in my home.
