If you are not happy, you are able to exchange your tea (within 30 days) at any of our locations for any product of equal or lesser value. Maybe you are not satisfied with your teas and don't live locally? We can send you online store credit in the amount that was paid. Our goal is to help you get the teas/herbs you are looking for.
