I love this tea, and my friend who is from South Africa says it is the closest to what she remembers from home.
A little disappointed with my order… It’s seems a little bland and too dried out unlike what I had purchased down in farmers market in Redondo beach, which is more darker, robust and intense in flavor. Next time I’ll just rely on going down on one of the farmers market to purchase my teas.
My mom is diabetic and I told her about this tea to help with her blood sugar, of course didn’t believe me and we put to test and wow!! Her blood sugar was at 350 went down to 140 instantly!! Was amazed and now drinks 1 cup a day! Don’t recommend to mix with insulin so just be careful when to drink the tea only when it’s peak high!
