Our Jasmine Pearls are high-grade green tea from China's Fujian region. Each tea leaf is hand-picked in the spring and expertly shaped into spheres we call pearls. When steeped, each pearl slowly unfurls into a delicately fragrant, floral, sweet taste and aroma. The leaves may be re-steeped up to 3 times. This tea contains very little caffeine.

Jasmine contains theophylline which is a bronchodilator drug that is taken to open up the airways in the lungs and therefore relieves the symptoms of asthma, such as wheezing, coughing, and breathlessness. It has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-arthritic properties.
