Better than Sleepy Time tea

I have had the Celestial sleepy time tea for years, but it has nothing on this. The first night I had a cup I slept so hard it was difficult to get up, but I don't remember the last time I slept more than two hours without waking up. The second night I had a cup and drinking it was literally the last thing I remember lol. I'm not even sure if I brushed my teeth. The third night I had a cup and woke up the next morning refreshed. I didn't wake up three or four times like usual or wake up early unable to sleep again. I am grateful I found this tea and will be a lifetime customer.

I liked it!

It made me very relaxed and easier to fall asleep. The taste was fine..not anything to rave about and it seemed to have a not so good effect on my stomach so I'm afraid I won't be drinking it anymore. That is disappointing because it was the first one I've found that actually helps you to go sleep.
