Solidago, also known as Goldenrod, is a genus of about 100 to 120 species of flowering plants in the aster family, Asteraceae. This caffeine-free herb can be mixed in with other teas as a supplement. It's Botanical Name is Solidago virgaurea & also called European Goldenrod, Woundwort, Aaron's Rod. This herb is used in Chinese Traditional Medicine.
