Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements. You are able to exchange your tea at our shop or any of our Farmers Market locations for any tea of equal or lesser value, no questions asked.

Is Zen's Tea House 100% Organic?

What is Zen's shipping policy?

Please allow 3-5 business days. Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take time. And because we do approximately 50 sales events a week, over 200 a month, some times we sell out of supplies. Depending on when the online order is made and the amount of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping; Zen's Tea House products are not waiting on the shelves for online orders. We aim to ship out our online order within 1-2 business days but please allow us 3-5 business days, unless the tea webpage says longer. For any questions please email info@zenstea.com
