Re-occurring Charges on my bank statements?
It’s been reported that on some bank statements a customer’s 1st-time charge will appear as a recurring payment. This is a bank description and not a recurring payment. You will only be charged the one time unless you sign up for the Monthly Tea Club.
If you see a recurring charge, please contact us at 1-833-936-7832. The only recurring charges should be for tea club subscriptions.
Are these teas from CHINA?
The buy 1 get 3 tea products advertised above are NOT from China. The Golden Milk ingredients are from India & Vietnam. Holy Detox is ingredients are from USA and Croatia. Is Zen’s Tea House 100% Organic?

What if my online order does not arrive?
Please email us to receive your tracking number; we currently do not have the technology to automatically upload a tracking code. If you tracking number shows your order was delivered then we will contact the United States Postal Service. Due to COVID-19, there have been delays.
What is Zen’s shipping policy?
Please allow 3-5 business days. Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take time. And because we do approximately 50 sales events a week, over 200 a month, sometimes we sell out of supplies. Depending on when the online order is made and the number of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping; Zen’s Tea House products are not waiting on the shelves for online orders. We aim to ship out our online order within 1-2 business days but please allow us 3-5 business days, unless the tea webpage says longer. For any questions please email info@zenstea.com

I want a refund, what do I do?
Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements via check. You are able to exchange your tea at any of our locations for any tea of equal or lesser value, no questions asked. Maybe you are not satisfied with your teas and you want new teas? We can send you a promo code for the same amount of tea you spent + FREE shipping. Our goal is to help you get the teas/herbs you are looking for.
